Commas and Ampersands

I’ve been on the receiving end of this; it did not end well for the other party. And that’s all I’m going to say.

I get this a lot when I’m out walking.  Cat calls, beeping, yelling barely intelligible sexual propositions … none of it is welcome at all.  On Friday night, I had a pretty strange one:

‘You’re just an egg.  Fried egg.  Scrambled egg.  Just an egg.’

I walked home a different way.

Also, please don’t throw drinks at me to get my attention.  I’m just going to take down your number plate and report you.
